Silverwear reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Product Availability & Lead Times

All orders are subject to product availability.

Plain Stock Items

Where stock is available and payment has been received and verified before 14:00, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Branded, Printed & Embroidered Orders

Production lead times vary depending on:

• Order quantity

• Branding method

• Artwork requirements

• Stock availability

Typical lead times range from 7–15 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation unless otherwise communicated.

Should stock not be available, additional procurement lead times may apply. Customers will be notified and may choose whether to proceed with the order.

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to:

• Supplier price increases

• Exchange rate fluctuations

• Material cost changes

• Freight and logistics adjustments

A quotation is only binding once accepted in writing and accompanied by payment where required.

6. VAT & Currency

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT.

• VAT will be added during checkout where applicable.

• All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

7. Orders & Payment

Production and order processing will only commence once:

• A confirmed order has been received;

• Artwork has been approved (where applicable);

• Full payment or the agreed deposit has been received and cleared.

Silverwear reserves the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• EFT

• Credit and debit cards

• Secure online payment gateways

• Other approved payment methods

8. Artwork Approval

For customised products, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production begins.

Approval confirms acceptance of:

• Design layout

• Colours

• Spelling and grammar

• Sizing and positioning

• Product specifications

Silverwear cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork.

9. Customised Products

Products that have been printed, embroidered, branded, customised, manufactured to order, or produced according to customer specifications cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised lead times.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Courier performance

• Geographic location

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Stock availability

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies within 48 hours.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy available on this website.

Customised, branded, embroidered, or printed products are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverwear shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, or events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

13. Force Majeure

Silverwear shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Labour disputes

• Supplier shortages

• Transport disruptions

• Power outages

• Government actions

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected through this website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation, including POPIA.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
