Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Silverwear, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed, produced, and delivered as efficiently as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, branding requirements, order volume, and delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once:

  • Full payment has been received and verified.

  • Artwork approval has been provided for customised orders.

  • All order details have been confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the order and stock availability.

Production Lead Times

Plain Stock Items

In-stock, unbranded items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

Customised, Printed & Embroidered Orders

Production lead times generally range between 7–15 business days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Larger orders, special-order products, or complex branding requirements may require additional production time. Customers will be advised accordingly.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

  • Major Metropolitan Areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Courier service selected

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or included on your quotation.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery information is accurate and complete.

  • Someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or redirected shipments may be charged to the customer.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers may contact us directly should they require assistance tracking a shipment.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Silverwear within 48 hours of receipt by emailing admin@silverwear.co.za together with photographs and a description of the issue.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.

Returns Shipping

Where a return has been approved in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.

Silverwear cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
